Especially the Uji Maccha, which is the famous Brand, that represents Japanese tea, is known grobally. Drinking Maccha means that you will take all the active ingredients of green tea. Also, the bitterness of Maccha is a perfect matching with
sweet desserts, such as cakes, ice creams, and parfaits. Cafe’s now serve such sweets.

  • The tea plantation which is covered by the black cloth to block sun -shine.
    Gyokuro(Jade dew tea) and Tencha are cultivatedand in such shaded plantation.
    Tencha is raw materials of Maccha.
